Shipping & Handling

We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed after 2:00pm GMT will be shipped the next business day. Your order will be shipped by RoyalMail unless otherwise specified. We ship world-wide. A signature is not required upon delivery; therefore Yemzi.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We always retain our proof of postage and will present this on request.

Domestic

UK Next Day Delivery - Flat Rate: £5.00 per order

UK Standard Delivery 1-3 days - Flat Rate: £3.00 per order

International

Worldwide Flat Rate 1 working week - £6.00 per order

 

Returns

Yemzi.com accepts returns on full-price items, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items cannot be returned after 14 days of purchase date. Please notify us ahead of your return, use a sign-for mailing service and retain proof of postage as Yemzi.com cannot be held liable for any items lost in the post.
