Shipping & Handling
We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed after 2:00pm GMT will be shipped the next business day. Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service. Yemzi Ltd is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. We always retain our proof of postage and will present this on request.
All new season pieces, SS18, are available to purchase as a pre-order and will be shipped from Monday April 2nd 2018.

We are not currently shipping outside of the UK.
Yemzi.com accepts returns for items that are unwashed, unworn, with tags attached; within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items cannot be returned after 14 days of purchase date. Please notify us ahead of returning an item so that we can provide with a returns form. All returned items must be sent through a, recorded mailing service and proof of postage retained as Yemzi Ltd cannot be held liable for any items lost in the post.
